Our pre orders for Easter hot cross buns are now closed. We will be baking lots more for over the counter sales plus our usual range of bread and pastry. Wishing you a happy Easter x

NON SOURDOUGH AND PASTRY

Our non sourdough (yeasted breads) are made with an 18 hour cold proof. In the case of baguettes, rosemary loaf, fruit loaf and ciabatta, a 12-18 hour pre ferment is added to the dough as well. So while they are not the beloved sourdough, this slow processing greatly enhances eating pleasure and lengthens freshness windows.

Ordering guidelines

Order by 12pm one day, to be able to collect the next day. For example before 12pm Monday to collect Tuesday. Except for Monday collection. Order needs to be placed by 11am Saturday.

All orders to be collected from The Bakery, 2A St John Street, Tauranga, orders can not be collected from The Gallery location.
