ABOUT NON SOURDOUGH AND PASTRY

Our non sourdough (yeasted breads) are made with an 18 hour cold proof. In the case of baguettes, rosemary loaf, fruit loaf and ciabatta, a 12-18 hour pre ferment is added to the dough as well. So while they are not the beloved sourdough, this slow processing greatly enhances eating pleasure and lengthens freshness windows.

Ordering guidelines;

Order by 12pm one day, to be able to collect the next day. For example before 12pm Monday to collect Tuesday

Except for Monday collection. Order needs to be placed by 11am Saturday

All orders to be collected from Breadhead

There is a $3 admin fee per complete order (shows as shipping on your order)
